The only structures on the property are the new barn, built at Barn Flat in the 1990s; three windmills, one each at Barn Flat, Windmill Flat, and Twin Tanks Gate; and the White Cabin, built after 1859. The barn measures approximately 40 x 60 feet. The White Cabin originally measured 16 x 20 feet; in the 1970s a six-foot addition was built onto the front of the cabin to house a small kitchenette and bathroom.
